". . . And put up there on the screen -- that's Nurse Holly McInness, lying on the stand. I mean, the judge called her out on it. She said that she must've forgotten -- she must not have put the bracelet on Grace. And then the second time she was on the stand, she said it wasn't required -- that it in effect -- that it was only in effect for a year -- and that there are no bracelets available (and that was a juror question). So the judge pulled out the Wisconsin law and read it to her. And she said that wasn't in effect then. He's like, 'it was in effect in 2020'. I think it even predates that. I don't remember the date that he said, because I don't think they played that portion of it -- but there were a few times that the Administer played the testimony of Dr. Burdine and pointed out a few things that he said specifically -- that it's the most egregious, insane and worst behavior he's ever seen in his 46 years of medical experience -- that's how he described Dr. Shokar. And he described that the decision of Dr. Shokar to give Grace morphine at that time was the worst medical decision that he has ever seen . . ."
