". . . so then he went on to talk about 'Who was Grace' and the importance of the fact that Grace had never been alone. She had never been without her parents. She had never been without an advocate - ever. Then he went into the fact that Grace was admitted to the hospital on October 7th, given prosthetics on the first day, and started showing signs within 20 minutes of that first dose. She showed signs of overdosing within 20 minutes of that first dose. It slowed down the drug. Her oxygen was crashing. The fact that the nurses, when they changed shifts (the handoff), they said that they couldn't look back in the records due to how old or archaic system was. They claimed that they couldn't see back to the first day or back to this first event when Nurse McGinnis came on board . . ."
