"Mental Health, Social Contagion, and Campus Radicalization"

". . . since the lockdown, there's been a huge amount of focus on mental health. And I'm very curious about your thoughts on this, because there was an article where they revealed that about 60% of college students were identifying symptoms of mental health. So I'm thinking 'Why would millions of smart, smart young adults flood into the streets almost daily and engage in terrorism?' Is there a mental health component to this? Or do you think there's something like maybe a 'social contagion' there? Are they just 'going along with the crowd' or are they angry just to be angry? . . . All of the above. Yes, there is a social contagion. That is part of it. But, you know, when you think about how this political education has (turned) colleges (to the) 'left wing.' There are very few conservative professors. Conservative thought has been (effectively) 'stamped out' in colleges . . ."
