They didn't know that their substance was laced with fentanyl. You have babies crawling on carpets that are inhaling it that are passing away - like an AirBnb issue - you have kids trying pills and such. There was just one in the news that passed, unfortunately. An 11-year-old's not a junkie. They try to portray you (that way) in the media. It's a person that tried something for the first time and they passed. So probation and parolees and people in prison - they know they're not getting tested for Fentanyl. They'll easily move their addiction over to Fentanyl because they know they won't be tested. Now we have a test for that with a lab backup, so they can't do it anymore . . . "
