He was found guilty. so it doesn't make any sense - I don't understand it - I wish i could talk to them and just say 'Look, guys, look at what the oath says.' How do you do that when you're on the job? What does that mean? It means you have to make a decision - like when I was a paratrooper in the Army. We're talking about the Mai Lai Massacre. We were taught that you have a duty to follow lawful orders. If you refuse, you can go to Leavenworth. But you also have a duty to refuse unlawful orders. And if you follow unlawful orders, you can go to Leavenworth. You're on the hook either way . . ."
