"Why You Need a Custom Consent: Legal Precedents and Patient Rights"

". . . so the general consent - everybody says 'OK, but I signed a general consent - I'm done for - I already agreed.' You agreed to start business. And there might be some funny business in there, like 'the doctor or care provider has the right.' You're giving them consent, preemptively, to let them do whatever they want to you - give you a drug, give you a vaccine. That's why you need this, because you can't read every little letter and interpret what their new term is for things. And at the moment, it's biologics. That's one of the words that they use. And most people aren't looking for that. So bring your own thing - it's a 'carve-out' contract, specifying & detailing a customized, itemized menu of sorts - saying 'I don't want this vaccine or that drug, this treatment. I only want ventilation if... You first explain it to me and get my consent, not just as a COVID treatment.' So why does this work? Why is this different than any other paperwork you've ever seen? Because there's one group. This is the 'guide' part. There's one group of people who had a religious belief - when they asserted that their belief made it impossible for them to want blood or blood products, blood transfusions - they didn't get it. For over five decades, there's a precedent that if you appeal to your religious and spiritual beliefs like the Jehovah's Witnesses do for declining blood, it works. Should you have to do that? No - but I live in reality. You should be able to just say 'don't do this to me' and they honor it. But we know through COVID that they don't . . ."
